Why is gulp so stupid that you want to yell?

I have one gulpfile and one config file that roam from one project to another.
And so, as usual, I created a new project and I don’t understand what’s wrong. Six .sass files with several lines of code each take from forty seconds to four and a half minutes to compile. .jsx from a minute until gulp is restarted. Why does babel, which works with .jsx, have newer. And after compilation, it shows the changed files and then starts another compilation, but upon completion, it no longer shows the compiled files, since newer does not skip.
And one more oddity, when you just start it, it compiles slower than usual, but at least not for a minute. But all subsequent launches seem to be twice as slow.
Perhaps someone had something similar?
