Why is Google reCAPTCHCA not loading?

Installed myself Linux Mint, set myself Chrome and FireFox.

Now, when sites with captcha come across, when they are clicked, it just starts loading endlessly, and if I click on the "send" button ahead of time, I get an error.
Moreover, I can even publish a question here normally, it gives me an error: "Possible CSRF. Refresh the page"

What is happening, where is the stability that they shout and beat in the chest, I even reached for a laptop, where Wind 10 is, to be able to post the question

Is the clock set correctly? Check this.
And the session may not start because there are no write rights. Didn't mess with the rights and have disk space?
