Why is google captcha not showing?

Hello everyone. Such situation. Installed google captcha on site forms, but spam is getting in. I'm trying to figure out what the problem is. For testing, even the most empty page was allocated on which the working script from the Google captcha documentation https://glashatay-tablo.ru/test/

And the problem is this. Personally, from my PC or IP (I don’t know exactly on the basis of what statistics are collected from Google), captcha is shown, but for other users, and three of them were found, no captcha pops up. Poke many times and no errors.

So maybe someone from experience knows what this phenomenon is connected with. Because the captcha works after the fact, but it doesn’t work for others except myself, and spam pours in because the bots also don’t receive the captcha
