Why is GitKraken lying (new commits are not displayed on PULL)?

We use GitKraken for easy and convenient work with Git and GitLab.
Everything seems to be working, but no, no, yes, there is a problem, GitKraken does not see changes in the master on the server, when PULL is executed, it says that everything is successfully synchronized ... but in fact it is not.
Today, I had to delete the repository from the LAN altogether and clone it again, and only then everything was finally updated.
Haven't encountered this?

It turned out that everything is in order, there were just very heavy files, and GitKraken during the Fetch --all execution, unfortunately, does not show any signs, so if you need to pull large files from the server, you just need to wait.
Would add at least some kind of progress bar.
Therefore, if you know that the files will be heavy, then it’s easier to do git fetch --all through GitBash and see the percentage progress bar in the console)).
