Why is GitHub still not translated into Russian?

Documentation, interface, no support for translating at least the README of foreign projects. The largest git service is still not translated! And it would be fine if it cut the budget for the owners of the github. In 2011, they even abandoned internationalization due to lack of budget and it was hard for them to implement. But damn Microsoft bought this repository hosting 3 years ago, was it hard to translate in such a time frame when you bought a major project for $7.5 billion?
I do not want to say that with the knowledge of programming where at least a base of English words is needed, I cannot use the github. But I want something native, it is even more pleasant to read the documentation if it is written in the language in which you communicate every day.
