Why is git not working?

Git throws an error when I try to do a "git commit". Tried via console and different gui(source three, github, via atom). There was no such problem before, only yesterday I made a commit and everything was ok, I did not update anything. I don’t understand which JSON is the wrong character, for some reason this json file is not referenced and 282 is a string or a serial number of a character?
