Why is firefox not accepting the extension?

I changed extensions.langpacks.signatures.required and xpinstall.signatures.required to false in the config, and also added to the manifest browser_specific_settings.gecko.id and when trying to download an error: Firefox blocked the installation of an unverified add-on from this site.
Extension - 1 manifest file and simple settings
What could be the problem?
