Why is File Explorer updated?

when I start copying something or I go to execute (I write msconfig), the explorer immediately reboots. what could it be? If it's a virus, how can I remove it? antivirus does not see anything nod32.

Run sfc /scannow
Install the latest updates.
Delete all that d ... junk that you put on your computer.
...reinstall venda.
