Why is ffmpeg put on a different php version in centos 7?

There is a vps with centos 7 and isp manager installed on it. Initially, there is an alternative version of php 5.4. Changed in isp version for apache to 7.1. I also changed the version to 7.1 for the console itself. I put ffmpeg, but it is put on version 5.4 instead of 7.1. How to put it on php version 7.1?
