Why is everyone pointing to msdn when there are docs?

I constantly see links only to msdn, there is a damn fresher https://docs.microsoft.com/ru-ru/dotnet/csharp/pro... or am I not understanding something?

Previously, there were no docs, it appeared not long ago, a year or two, and MSDN is more than many programmers

Just a habit. Yes, and all automatic help has long been set up on msdn. Well, the design is better, but you still need to get used to the dock.
