Why is emmet trying to output html in one line in WebStorm 3.4?

I installed a new version of WebStorm and already broke my head with a bunch of all sorts of small problems, I noticed that emmet sometimes tries to display the result in one "hell" line in 90%,
all div>li>a will be in one long line, and not in the formatted form

I recently encountered. I think it will be relevant.

File>setting>Editor>Code Style>HTML , Other tab . We are looking for Keep white spaces and uncheck it.
If you need an inline element to start on a new line, then on the same page remove it from the inline elements list and add it to the Insert new line before list .
