sass phpstorm hints how to set up?

When writing code in a .sass file, they work differently, either without a space and with a semicolon at the end, or with and without a space. You can press enter, tab, the right arrow, and somehow I can’t catch the pattern where and how it will behave. I don't need a semicolon at the end of .sass files, how can I disable this option?
