Why is DNS not working properly when connected to a network in Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS?

Good afternoon!

There was a problem connecting to the network on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS.

Essence:
Ifconfig output before using the Internet:

After trying to open any page in the browser (I tried it from chrome / mozilla - they get an error that there is no Internet connection):

Everything flies to lo for some reason, + ping cannot 'ping', + the icon changes connections on the sign ?

Even if you connect via ethernet - the problem remains.

Additionally:
Desktop applications like a cart, although with delays, work.

Can someone help and suggest what needs to be done to fix this situation?

@hint000

Show the output of the following commands:
dig google.com
dig @192.168.0.1 google.com
dig @8.8.8.8 google.com
grep -v "#" /etc/resolv.conf
grep -v "#" /etc/systemd/resolved. conf

In the end, you can always do this, even though it's not according to feng shui
