Why is ctrl not being pressed?

Hello.
There was a following problem, I can not cope with it in any way. Ctrl is not always pressed (tried in pyautogui, pywinauto, and keyboard). The rest of the keys are all always pressed.
Please tell me what could be the problem? Ctrl sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't.

Maybe something got stuck under the key? What is a physical keyboard?
