Why is corporate mail not accepting incoming messages?

Corporate mail runs on Ubuntu Server 12.04.
Recently, it has stopped working for receiving and sending messages.
The server pings all my computers on the network, but does not ping my GATEWAY, my public IP.
/etc/network/interfaces

route

failed Ping to my gateway:

netstat -rn

ifconfig

I don't know what to do anymore. Help people! By the way, the gateway router Planet CS 1000
