How to make separate access to folders in corporate mail?

The company has a mailbox on Yandex. Is it possible to restrict access to mail folders so that each employee can only view their own mail? As I understand it, this cannot be done directly in the web interface, will it be possible to do this if you install any client for Windows?

You can create mailboxes for each employee and set up forwarding to them from the first mailbox
