Why is conemu, git+ github stupid?

I use conemu as a shell, there hasn’t been a need for a long time, and now when I commit to github, the console gets stuck skrinshoter.ru/s/190516/Lze8ZN?a , the cursor just keeps blinking for like an hour now)
the actions are pretty standard

gin init
git add .
git commit -m "Hello, max it's my first commit for your project

and then the cursor just blinks. and even earlier, I showed the process right in the console, which files are committed, which ones are added, now the finished result is given immediately, how to fix this?
maybe there are some settings for the horse, more subtle?

Close the quote. Use a GUI like TortoiseGit and don't bother with the console.
