Why is Composer not finding the init command?

I downloaded the project https://github.com/samdark/yii2-shop
An error was generated during installation, I tried using composer update instead of composer install. It was installed, but after entering init, it writes init: command not found. OSX (if it matters)

If there are no rights to launch, then run it once.
Then run it like this:
If you want to run just by init, then you need to add the current folder to PATH, but I do not recommend doing this.
