Why does codeception give a fatal error when running?

Gives this:

The test itself is in this folder:
/var/www/mind.site/localhost/tests/unit

In general, the error clearly indicates the problem. If the inscription after PHP Fatal error does not tell you anything, then it is better to post the code, then they will be able to tell you "on the fingers".
