Why is clamav wrong so often?

I set up on the server after the hacks to check the folder with the clamav site and the audit from ionotify
There are no questions about the audit, it hangs in the background, writes any gestures to the log (I chose recording and deleting)
But the antivirus swears at regular files, I thought because of unofficial bases, but no.
Why is that so, who knows, before this was not like ....

It is written - embedded flash. Apparently, flash is already considered so unreliable that the built-in object is considered suspicious...
