On such servers as: majes.ru wargaming.net. Captcha does not work, and only on one computer at home.
The reason is not in the software, I rearranged the OS. And not in time, I tried to update many times. You can at least tell how the captcha works on these services, otherwise I won’t solve the problem at all. Thanks for answers:)

I tried majes.ru, it doesn't work.
Kacha is not generated, constantly costs 6396
