On the test host, I played with the feedback form, the captcha was displayed correctly. All letters were visible.
Transferred to the hosting - the letters began to be generated at the bottom of the square, then 90% of the inscription is not visible, or even 1 letter is visible.
How can I adjust this parameter so that the letters on the captcha are generated as expected?

Most likely you do not have the required font installed, or it cannot be picked up. I would dig in that direction.
