Why is CAD rendering so slow?

Display boards in altium, assemblies in solid, compass, etc.

Why does it take a lot of time to render a photorealistic assembly in a solid?

At the same time, anrial displays similar models for me with 60fps in real time and they look more realistic rendering solid after 20 minutes of work

In game technologies, the scene is compiled. This is necessary so that in real time the calculation is as fast as possible. This is achieved by assuming that 80% of the objects in the game world are stationary. Like a stone and do not move. It is due to them that the lion's share of acceleration is achieved. This was implemented back in the 1990s during the development of Quake. The entire scene is compiled into special data structures. +Game technology weakens accuracy in favor of special effects. Some of the visual effects are not real but are simulated in 2D. For example, a mirror ball is not real almost always. And reflects in itself ambient too specially compiled in advance. Since the compilation time is not a pity - the scene can be pre-processed for at least a week. The main thing is to make the gamer happy.
Since in CAD systems any element of the model can be moved, this approach does not work here. The main task is engineering. And the engineer doesn't care about special effects. If you want to know, 20 years ago, a paper sheet and 4 projections were enough for him.

Well, draw in anrial. The tasks are different for the software, and therefore slow.

Take a look at this simple build.

Any game engine will just die. Because the polygons are close to each other.
Well, the cads do a bunch of other things besides that.
