Why is bootstrap grid not working in safari?

There is OS X 10.11.6, it has Safari 9.1.2
Site - https://maelnore.github.io/oe.test/ displays the bootstrap grid not the way I want, namely:

If you open it from chrome (on a poppy too) then the network works ok. I read something similar here , but it doesn't help. Why does the grid not work in this case?
