Why is billebird downloaded?

A bit off topic, but maybe you know how to help.
When I try to download any archive from Google Drive, Yandex Drive or the like, it downloads not this archive, but a file in the .exe archive
. The name is different and the file weight is different, if you run it, our favorite mail in the background will install everyone's favorite amigo and other shit. How to fix?
Avast does not find anything, other antiviruses too, what's the problem?

So there is some kind of muck in the system, look towards extensions in the browser. Maybe someone will replace it.
Or maybe your DNS is no longer yours? :)
