Why is Artlantis unable to render?

I had an old computer and made renders in old versions of artlantis slowly and not very well, but I did it. I assembled a new computer based on ryzen 9 3950x, a motherboard with the best chipset for this processor, 16 GB of RAM, an rx580 video card. Installed brand new artlantis. There is practically no result, it takes a long time, there is no quality. Where to look for a problem? Are there any artlantis settings or maybe the hardware drivers are not working correctly? in the picture 36 minutes at maximum quality settings

Maybe it's too late, but I also faced the same problem. You just need to switch for rendering from the CPU to the video card (GPU), so that when rendering in Artlantis, in the program itself or in a batch renderer, the picture is rendered using the video card.
