Why is apk not updated on Google Play?

Recently updated an old app on Google Play. In the developer console, it says that everything is OK, the application has been updated, here is the new date, the old application has been deactivated.
But actually it is not. The application on Google Play is still hanging old. During installation, an old application with old bugs, uncorrected, is installed.
What have I done wrong? What else do they need?
Please note: I updated the application on November 21, and now it's already December!
