Why is apache not running on local network?

Installed denwer package on laptop and desktop (both windows 7). Everything worked on the laptop. It was also installed on the desktop without problems, but the httpd process itself ends after 3-5 seconds after starting. Here is the error.log

The easiest option for Windows is to use " Open Server ".
This is also WAMP, but unlike denwer, you can really use it.

I would immediately advise for apache to open the world of virtual machines. Installed in 10 minutes VMWare Player + Ubuntu Server.

I would look if the 80th port is busy (for example, skype).
