Why is apache homeserver not visible on spartan in windows 10?

The server is visible in all other browsers but not in spartan.
To make it clearer, the server, the ports are open, we test in all other browsers and check the remote one through the anonymizer, the spartan home server does not open only through the anonymizer you can see it.

Probably protection works from "local copies of sites" created by viruses. Add yours to an exception or disable protection completely.
