Why is an account requested from the infobase in the 1s server console?

I added a copy of one of the databases through the console, I noticed that deleting the database, or changing the properties, requires entering the admin account from the infobase, which in turn creates a connector under this user and does not allow you to delete or change the properties, swearing that there is a database connections. How to bypass this vicious circle?

The 1C console can distinguish its connection to the database, its presence does not affect the ability to delete or change properties. You probably have a hung user session or some background task that is interfering. Block background jobs and restart the 1C server to reset hung connections.
