Google Adsense

Why is adsense not counting content?

There is a site with posts and their ratings. A sort of habr at the minimum, but of a general theme. Hosted for less than a month, out of 1.5 visitors including me. Google Analytics is not worth it, only Yandex Metrica.
Posts at the moment < 50 and even those are not unique. Jokes, memes from the web, and all in the form of pictures.
The site itself is still closed from indexing except for the adsense bot.

. Tell me what exactly is wrong. The links attached to the answer only lead to the fact that the content must be straight up unique and self-made. But something other sites with memes don’t ban for this

At Adsense, moderation has become more serious about sites.
You need more uniqueness, more traffic and more pages on the site. Obviously, Adsense is not very interested in a site with 1.5 uniques.
