Google Adsense Not Working?

I created an ad block, inserted the code, but the checkbox next to "Place ad code on dota2inside.com" did not appear. Last time I tried to do this through the Goggle adsense plugin for Wordpress, the application was not accepted. The second time I threw the code through the widget in the sidebar, but the checkmark still does not appear. Let me know if anyone knows about this.
