Why is access to computers on Windows 10 lost?

Hello! The situation is as follows: there is a local network in which there are computers on Windows 10 and on Windows 7. A network without domains, addresses are distributed by a router. Antiviruses are used everywhere by Microsoft. I have a Windows 7 computer that has access to a shared folder on a Windows 10 computer. Accessing the folder without a password is a public folder. For some inexplicable reason, from time to time a Windows 7 computer cannot access a shared folder on a Windows 10 computer. However, not only on this computer, but on any other Windows 10 computer. It enters Windows 7 computers without problems . At the same time, computers on Windows 10 are visible on the network and are pinged. There are no errors in the logs. It doesn't work by IP address either. What can be and in what direction to look? How to fix it is also not clear.

Check in components on both 7 and 10 if SMB1 client and server are enabled
