Had the same problem with Helvetica Neue Bold. It is not deleted, because used in some programs as a system font (usually in browsers: Chrome, Mozilla, etc.). I also used it in the Bitrix24 client.
By renaming the font it was not possible, as well as deleting it in the registry.
