Why is access to a django image denied?

I have a django project. Problem: when I upload a photo to a server through a form, the photo loads normally (appears in the media folder), and there is access to it via a link. When my friend from another city uploads, the photo loads normally (appears in the media folder), but there is no access to it via the link. Error 403 Forbidden Access denied.
