Easiest Flusk/Django admin sample?

Where can I download the admin template to make it as easy as possible to launch it?
I watched https://github.com/geex-arts/django-jet
but I'm still a noob and it's still difficult for me.

I would like the user to log in to the admin panel before viewing a certain page and only then get access to another page.

start first with understanding how django works, read the docs, go through the tutorials. And then "where you can download the admin template" says that you have no idea how everything works there.
