Why is a Front end developer paid the same or even more than a Full-stack developer?

I have been working as a full-stack developer on the .NET Core/Angular stack for almost 2 years. Surrounded by acquaintances, there are many under-frontend developers who surprise with their salaries and inappropriate skills. Of the most incomprehensible examples for me, a friend who, literally a year and a half ago, was related to the development as I was to nuclear physics. After studying for 9 months at some courses on frontend development, I found a job as a layout designer for small shekels and started my career in IT. Well, I think it's great, another year and a half or two, and it will come to something serious. 4 months of her work as a layout designer pass, and then she knocks out an offer in the frontend of my company adjacent to the development of a middle with a good salary corresponding to mine. Seeing how and what tasks she performs in a new place, I laughed notably, given my experience in the front. The constant access to a two-three-hour lunch and the absence of any load and deadlines for tasks surprised me quite well. But in the end, she was killed by the question of what generics are. With the words "You're middle, what kind of questions" sent her to Google. Not so long ago, she again knocked out a couple of offers for the middle + frontend for a salary 2 times more than the current one. There was no limit to my misunderstanding, since her skill would reach June with a creak. At the same time, in order to reach a more or less good salary, me and my teammates had to tear the fuck up, in addition to .Net, actively study the front with the current framework, while pulling knowledge of the architecture of the database and web applications in general, closing complex tasks both in back, and on the front, and this is all over the course of two years of constant work, self-development and the search for a delicious offer. For this reason, I have questions:
1) For what reason do frontend developers have a salary comparable (and sometimes more) to a full-stack salary with much less skills and knowledge?
2) Is the level of knowledge and threshold of entry for frontend developers really so low with such a wild demand for them?

It's not about frontend, backend or full stack. It's just that the market is heating up at such a pace. By changing jobs this year every three months, it was possible to get a twofold increase.

Because in the market cool specialists are valued. A cool specialist can only be in a narrow area.
Full stack is the path of the eternal "a little in everything"
I say this as a person who entered web development as a "web master" - this is even wider than the full stack - where you do design, content, and SEO - a fierce list of duties, with zero value in the labor market in the end.
The only plus is understanding the full cycle of a web project, from development to promotion and monetization. It will be easier to start your own startups than for a pure back-programmer, for example.

So not in the direction of the matter. She successfully sells herself. In fact, if a person is an experienced negotiator, seller, or something like that, then he will sell himself as expensive as possible.
Plus, it's a woman. Emotions, inspiration, movement, self-confidence. Add in some visual appeal and multiply by the percentage of men who interview and you get some amazing numbers. If she feels that "today is her day," then she will agree to the position of signora.
We're not like that. If you are offered a position that is much higher than your level, I feel that you will refuse, because you think that you will not pull it))

Emotional intelligence? To understand when, to whom and where what to say is just about it. Don't be afraid to ask.
For example, when she asked about generics in TS, of course she knows how to google, but people show up in such situations. You could enthusiastically tell everything and offer your help in this, then you look, she would also refer you somewhere at the right time. And so she will have a sediment that you looked at her from above and she will not remember about you when she hears about a good position. Upgrade networking and emotional intelligence. On one technical knowledge now you will not leave.

No offense to the author, but as far as I know fullstack developers who think they are cool in FE, but write fierce backend-style shit code, which then cannot be maintained and needs to be raked. Therefore, pure front-end developers who write front-end oriented code are valued. This time. Secondly, inflation over the past two years, and the world is moving forward, the salary too, I think if you look at the vacancies, you will be surprised how much the salary has grown.

Why why. I once came to one office as a frontender. And there are full stackers. And the project manager writes that the request to the server is failing. I looked at the response, and there are a lot of pictures in base64 in the description. So here it is.

The demand for fronts is greater due to all sorts of angular vue and a reactor, that's all
