Why in Yandex Browser, when using Angular Material, instead of an image, mat-icon is text?

Other browsers are fine (Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

Because Yandex.Browser is for clay makers.
Most likely the Material Icons font is not loading .
View the errors in the developer console.
