Dynamic list in ANGULAR JS. How to withdraw and process?

There is such an idea. It's very simple, but I can't figure out how to implement it. The user enters the number of teams that will play and then I need to draw fields for that number of teams (Name, captain, number of players) and process them in JSON. FrontEnd using ANGULARJS. So simple, but I can not understand where to dig. I do not want crutches, but a simple code.

I took an example from here and modified it a little for myself. Maybe someone will need it. P.S. The whole point is in data-ng-repeat .
