Why in the e-book “Arkhangelsk. C++Builder 6. Reference Manual" some pages are blank?

Good evening toaster users. I got a non-informative question. I found an e-book. It just explains the very basics of both the programming language and the ISR itself: what, where, how and when. I will not write poems, as I read some questions here. The book is very interesting, I even downloaded the reader for it. DjVu - I haven't come across it before, because I read everything in dpf.
Arkhangelsk. C++Builder 6. Reference manual.
Maybe someone has read this book in electronic form and has already encountered a problem of this kind: when I turn over the book, there is nothing on certain pages (I have somewhere at 32.33 .. and there are a lot of them).
What is it connected with? Is the reader buggy, are there any features of free download (restrictions), or were pages simply missing at the time of scanning the book?
If someone has a complete copy of this book without missing pages, I would be grateful if you could send me a link. Perhaps someone knows a normal replacement, but it will already be, then, as an alternative.

WinDjView 1.0.3, WinDjView 2.0.2, djvu-viewer - everywhere is the same, it looks like a curve file.
