Why in linux Russian characters in all chromium-based applications are replaced by a standard font?

I installed Xero Linux Plasma (based on Arch) and noticed that Russian characters are being replaced by a standard font. Problems are observed on many pages in chrome itself, chromium, Discord, Spotify.
I fight already not the first day. I tried to completely demolish all the fonts and reinstall. Tried to put fonts from ms. I checked all the parameters, but did not find a solution.
I’ll attach screenshots, because I don’t even know how to google it correctly and adequately explain it
. The screenshots show that some text is written in the correct font, and the rest is standard for Chromium itself

. UPD: it was decided just for each application to look for a way to change the standard font, because I don't see any other solution.
