Why in laravel 5.7 with APP_DEBUG=true instead of errors I get 404 page?

Hello!
I searched, in the dock, everything seems to rest on this setting. The only catch is if you refer to a non-existent representation. But if before that there is any other error in the block, then I fly to the 404 page
