Why if I scan the Google DNS(8.8.8.8) ports they are all open but not working?

Why if I scan the ports (nmap) of Google DNS (8.8.8.8) they are all open but do not work? ps Only microsovtovskie type msrpc
are closed

why should they work? hint: the port may be open, but this does not mean that you should be answered on it.
