Why HTTPS might not work in Safari?

HTTPS not working in Safari. It seems to work everywhere, but in Safari - FIG. Wildcard certificate from RapidSSL. The certificate is on nginx, which proxies everything to Apache2 or nodeJS, or simply gives static.
What can be wrong?
