Why haven't I been able to add PSSnapin for Exchange for some time now?

For some time now, the command has stopped working:

Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.SnapIn

At what it stopped working where it used to work without problems, including the domain controller.

Check the following: 1. Exchange Management Tools
must be installed (from the mailer image). 2. Depending on the changa version, snap-ins are added to PoSh like this: Exchange 2007 Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.Admin; Exchange 2010 Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.E2010; Exchange 2013 & 2016 & 2019 Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.SnapIn;
