1. Add analytics from Google to the site and walk through the pages - sometimes it helps.
2. And one more thing: your site opens very slowly, if you test it on developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/
you will see that on mobile devices it scores 6 out of 100 points , and on PC - 47 out of 100. These are terrible indicators (especially on mobile devices - the same thing that your site does not work), maybe this has a little effect. Set up page caching.
