Why has COM Surrogate Windows 8.1 x64 stopped working?
In general, the problem is this: when viewing folders (any) using standard Windows tools, this error constantly appears.
In Google I found the following solutions:
1) Add to the DEP list - x32 file added, x64 - no. The error remained
2) Add lasso to the list of prohibited executions in the process - it seems to be less stupid when opening folders, but the sign continues to appear
3) Remove nero and codecs - they are not there
4) Disable thumbnails - did not help
What other options will there be?
If there are no more options, then tell me whether it is realistic to reinstall win8.1 without losing programs from the Acer Aspire V3-771G recovery partition.
