Why hard began to be defined as foreign?

Hello dear Khabrchane.
There was a misfortune, the screw with important information began to be defined in the disk manager as a dynamic foreign one. At the same time, I can not get to the disk to copy the data.
The trouble came unexpectedly, there were no signs, no knocks, nothing of the sort.
Screw Samsung HD503HI used it for about six months.

Help good people, is there a way to return the information?

Thanks in advance

The partition table is probably corrupted. Try some software for searching and restoring partitions (there was definitely something like this on Hirens Boot. You can also try this one - the DOS version is free. Not advertising, just the first thing that googled)

Before any manipulations with the disk, I would advise you to make a sector-by-sector copy of your entire disk (not a partition, just a disk) to another drive, you never know what surprises can come out in the process.

Try plugging into another OS (maybe not even Windows), as well as through a USB adapter.
I will not give guarantees for recovery, but I once managed to pull out the data in this way.

Might help...

“Previously, the disk was partitioned using disk management in windows. There was only one partition, type Logical Disk”
Well, presumably you had an MBR table and a basic logical partition - i.e. placed in an extended partition, non-bootable. You can try to overwrite the MBR manually, using diskpart or (g)parted - by creating a new table and marking all the available space under the logical disk (although if you are not sure that you know exactly what you are doing, it is better to rely on the automatic recovery method using special. ON). And if you still create a new partition, do not format it in any way, because. the MBR can be mocked safely for the data (although if the disk controller has gone crazy, then any write operation is a risk), but formatting, “low-level”, will definitely wipe the data.
