Why files disappear after restarting vagrant?

Good afternoon . This is my first time working with a vagrant. It seems to have successfully deployed the environment via puPHPet. The site works and adjacent folders too. But for some reason, if I turn off the computer, and then write Vagrant up again in the console, the files that were created on the guest machine during the last run disappear, although they are on Windows.

Please help, thanks in advance

in the last launch they disappear, although they are on Windows.

How is that? are they in synchronized folders ?
