Why draws wrong with css transition in chrome?
There is some css in which there is a class with transition: .25s all. The class is assigned to all elements that are to be animated.
When refreshing the page in Firefox, everything is fine, but in Chrome, all these elements are first animated from the default state. For example, here you can see how the indents, text size and inner block shadow are animated when the page is reloaded: i.imgur.com/1eEnNda.gifv .
